Forecasts that say how sure they are

Two models learned from monthly prices since 2021 and were tested on the last twelve months: ARIMA looks three months ahead for the sell-or-wait advice, LSTM a year ahead for the price outlook. AniSense shows how far off they were, and gives advice only when that is 20% or less.

How far off the forecast was in testing

Special Rice
Well Milled Rice
Native Garlic
Red Onion
Regular Calamansi

Average miss of the ARIMA model, 1 to 3 months ahead; it gives the advice. No model can see a sudden shock, like a typhoon or an import ban, coming: a forecast is a guide, not a promise.

Sell now: Special Rice is expected at ₱56.77 in December, ₱0.43 less than now, likely between ₱53.88 and ₱59.81.
